Airbyte is the upcoming open-source standard for EL(T). We enable data teams to replicate data from applications, APIs, and databases to data warehouses, lakes, and other destinations. We believe only an open-source approach can solve the problem of data integration, as it enables us to cover the long tail of integrations while enabling teams to adapt prebuilt connectors to their needs.

As our operations manager, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the co-founders, who are serial entrepreneurs. You will have mainly three focus:
Helping the 2 co-founders in the day-to-day operations of the company.
Lead pragmatic process initiatives to help the team scale, should it be in operations, HR, or customer success.
Performing the experiments that the team has thought about, but doesn’t have the time for.
Examples of such experiments would be building the equivalent of Segment’s Recipes, or any other content / SEO initiatives. Other examples could be the organization of virtual events and hackathons. A lot of those experiments will have inspirations from growth marketing and developer advocacy.
Lead efforts on growth experimentation
Help with day-to-day operations (contracts, compliance, creating sandbox accounts for our connector teams, customer calls, etc.)
Help with community content creation (case studies, etc.)
Help set up internal tools (community dashboards, etc)
Help us define internal process to scale the team and its output
Help us set the foundation of customer success
Be a force in the community!
